Business process improvement and automation for small and mid‑sized teams

Smoother workflows,
less busywork.

Busywork piles up quietly. We find the manual steps and fix them, with automations where they help and simple tools where people need them. We document how you work today first, so what we build fits from day one.

Connected

Your tools, working together

Most teams run on a handful of apps that never talk to each other. We connect them, so information moves on its own instead of being copied over by hand.

What we build

Where the busywork goes away

We start every system from your real process, so it removes work instead of adding steps.

Process

Map it, smooth it out, hand it over

We map the process before we automate it, so the automation fixes the real problems instead of repeating them.

Map

We document how work gets from point A to point B today, including the steps nobody wrote down, and mark the manual ones.

Smooth

We use automations, simpler tools and AI to take the friction out of those steps, building on whatever your team already uses, or find the right fit.

Hand over

We hand over plain-English documentation and design the systems so your team can maintain them.

Works with your tools

We build in the tools you already use, or help you pick the right ones.

Operations experience, built under deadline

Nathaniel spent 9 years at a forensic animation company in Columbia, Missouri. He started as a project engineer and 3D modeling engineer and rose to Vice President of Operations. The cases he worked on were medical, engineering and construction matters worth more than $320M.

That work taught him to design processes that hold up under pressure. He started Nate Workflow Systems to take manual work off other teams. He is based in Missouri and works with teams anywhere.

We design processes that hold up under pressure.
FAQs

Questions people ask

What do you build?

Automations that take over repetitive steps, plain-English process documentation, easy-to-use boards and trackers, and AI assistants that work from your own process and data. The mix depends on where your busywork is.

Do we have to switch tools?

We may suggest switching a tool when it is holding your team back, but we always start with the tools you already use and build on them.

Where do you start?

With a map. We document how the work gets from point A to point B today, including the steps nobody wrote down, and mark the manual ones. Then we decide what to automate and what to simplify.

Can our team maintain it afterward?

Yes. We hand over plain-English documentation and design the systems so your team can maintain them.

Do the AI tools replace people?

They take on routine work such as sorting requests, drafting replies and finding answers in your files. A person stays in control of everything that matters.
